- Configure payment terms, invoicing mode (automatic or manual), schedule, and hourly rate
- Every future invoice uses these settings automatically

Automatic Invoice Generation
- For clients with automatic invoicing enabled, system generates invoices from approved hours
- Captures work, finalizes invoice hours at period end
- Send to client for review, sets due dates once accepted
- Choose weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly schedule—runs automatically

Client Management & Updates
- Edit client information when you want to — additional emails, payment terms, invoicing mode, schedule etc.
- Updated settings apply to future invoices, past billing history maintained
- Find clients by name or email, view all active clients in one list
